2. COMBINING WITH FOOD
It’s possible to say that anything goes with Cabernet, but the best combination is with the red meats, fine cuts of lamb, beef and venison and naturally with duck and grilled meat. Also, it goes well with strong flavored cheese and chocolates, especially dark.
